Meet the CEO
Emmani Ellis, CEO of No Limit Living, is dedicated to empowering communities through her work in real estate. With a background in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering and a deep entrepreneurial spirit, she strives to make a difference by renovating and managing homes, inspired by her experiences growing up. She aims to raise the bar on equity in underserved areas and to be a source of inspiration, showing that if you can envision it, it’s already achievable.

Our Story
In the backyard of her grandparents’ home in Gary, Indiana, a young Emmani Ellis discovered her passion for transformation. Surrounded by leftover building materials from her family’s past real estate projects, she saw possibilities where others saw junk—turning broken gutters and scrap wood into makeshift seesaws, irrigation systems, and more. That spark of ingenuity present in Emmani since childhood, ignited the entrepreneurial spirit behind No Limit Living.
Vision For Home and Community
As Emmani grew, so did her ambitions. She launched her first venture—Ramani Repair—while in high school, fixing classmates’ mobile devices and laptops. This early success would foreshadow her path at Purdue University, where she pursued degrees in Mechatronics Engineering Technology and Robotics Engineering Technology, as well as an entrepreneurship certificate. Alongside the technical knowledge she gained, Emmani sharpened her leadership skills and built a powerful network, all of which helped her imagine something bigger for her beloved hometown. Her dedication to Gary stems from watching family, friends, and neighbors who simply lacked access to the same resources she enjoyed. Determined to change that, Emmani founded No Limit Living as a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, rehabilitating, and selling housing properties in Gary. Through her efforts, she aims to flip the narrative on once-abandoned homes—restoring them to safe, livable spaces and energizing the local economy along the way.

No Limit Living doesn’t stop at physical renovations; we strive to revitalize communities from the inside out. Our company’s long-term goal is to funnel real estate revenue into mentorship programs, educational workshops, and economic support initiatives across northwest Indiana. By investing in both property and people, we believe Gary can reclaim its former vibrancy and become a sustainable hub for growth and opportunity.
Driving Innovation
A significant part of No Limit Living’s success lies in our drive to innovate. From offering real estate drone photography services to leveraging data-driven strategies, we’re using modern technology to streamline the buying, flipping, and selling processes. Our partnership with Purdue’s The Data Mine has helped refine our digital presence, including a brand-new website, so we can serve current and future homeowners better.
